Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create a customer account to register for drops in order to be able to purchase an exclusive Orlinski Shop piece.
However, you can order a product from our permanent "Store" collection simply by entering your e-mail address.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you register so that you can stay up to date with our latest news, receive previews of upcoming product releases and have easy access to all the details and documentation relating to your orders.

I still haven't received my order. What's happening?
To check that your order has been dispatched, log in to your account and/or check your emails to track its status.
You will receive an email or text message from the carrier as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Once you have made payment and received your confirmation email, you cannot cancel your order.
