What types of products are offered on Orlinski Shop?
Orlinski Shop offers you the opportunity to discover and rediscover the entire universe of the artist through limited edition event sales (drops) and permanent products available throughout the year. Highlights include miniature reproductions of the artist's original works during drops, digigraphies, and exclusive collaborations.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create a customer account to register for drops in order to be able to purchase an exclusive Orlinski Shop piece.
However, you can order a product from our permanent "Store" collection simply by entering your e-mail address.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you register so that you can stay up to date with our latest news, receive previews of upcoming product releases and have easy access to all the details and documentation relating to your orders. -

What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods: credit cards and Apple Pay.
PayPal is also accepted (for permanent products only).

Have you received my order?
When your payment has been accepted, you'll be redirected to a payment confirmation page.
You'll then receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
If you don't receive an email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

What are the delivery times for orders?
Generally, deliveries are made within 2 to 5 business days.
Except in exceptional cases, which we communicate in advance on the site. -
I still haven't received my order. What's happening?
To check that your order has been dispatched, log in to your account and/or check your emails to track its status.
You will receive an email or text message from the carrier as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you have any questions about a product or an order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have made payment and received your confirmation email, you cannot cancel your order.
However, you can return the items after receipt as long as you meet all our returns policy terms.

What is a drop sale?
A drop sale is a limited-time event during which exclusive products are launched in limited quantities. These items are only available for purchase during the drop period and are acquired through a lottery system conducted right after the sale ends.

How long does a drop last?
A drop typically lasts for one week, but be aware that it can be shorter!

How many reproductions can I acquire?
During drops, you can order a maximum of one or two copies. However, be aware that you might not win any at the end!

How do I know if my participation is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirming your participation. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service.

Why is a bank hold required and how does it work?
The bank hold allows us to ensure that future lottery winners can pay for the drop they have entered. Some banks automatically debit the amount at registration, while others only reserve the funds. Don’t worry if you’ve been charged but were not selected; your funds will be automatically released. Rest assured, your banking details are not stored.

My artwork has arrived broken/damaged, what should I do?

How many copies are available during drops?
We’re sorry, but we never disclose the number of copies produced and sold during drops.

I didn’t win in the drop registration, are there other ways to acquire the artwork?
Unfortunately, each drop is unique. The only way to obtain the artwork is through the secondary market, hoping to find the holy grail.

The Orlinski Club is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their engagement and loyalty to Orlinski Shop. It offers a range of exclusive benefits and a progression through four membership status levels.

To join the Orlinski Club, you only need to sign up and create a customer account on our Orlinski Shop website.

Are there any membership fees for the Orlinski Club?
No, membership in our loyalty program is entirely free. You just need to create a customer account on Orlinski Shop to be part of it.

How can I earn points in the Orlinski Club?
You can earn points in various ways, including making purchases, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on Instagram, and participating in drops.

What are the different membership status levels?
The membership status levels are Kong Bronze, Kong Silver, Kong Gold, and Kong Platinum.

How does progression in membership status levels work?
Progression in membership status levels is based on the accumulation of points. Each level has a points threshold, and once you reach that threshold, you automatically move to the next level.

Can the points I earn in the Orlinski Club be used for purchases?
No, the points you accumulate cannot be directly used for purchases. They are used solely to determine your membership status and unlock corresponding benefits.

Do the points have an expiration date?
Yes, points expire after one year. On your membership anniversary date, you will either validate your current or new status, or risk being downgraded by one level.

I am a former customer, how did you assign me a status?
Most of the time, when a loyalty program is launched, brands decide to reset all customers to zero. We, on the other hand, wanted to thank you for your loyalty over all these years. Therefore, based on your activity and purchases, we have assigned you a status. Please note: We base this on your history since the launch of the shop, and the assignment system does not correspond to the point system that was implemented to give everyone a chance to reach the best statuses!
